10+ years of progressive HR or People Business Partner experienceSenior or Staff-level experience supporting Finance and Product organizationsExpertise in organizational design, investigations, talent, and performance managementEmployment law knowledge across multiple jurisdictionsStrong executive presence, data fluency, and change leadershipBring strategic People partnership, organizational architecture, executive coaching, and data insight to Clio’s growing global business.
