Retail Products Business Manager

Lead strategic planning and portfolio execution as Manulife’s Business Manager, Retail Products, supporting a hybrid team in Toronto. Shape priorities across business functions.This individual contributor supports the Vice President and leadership team across Retail Products, Data & Analytics, and Pricing & Yield Management. The role coordinates strategic planning, performance routines, governance, communications, and special projects. It integrates business-as-usual activities, initiatives, regulatory work, and transformation activity into a coordinated portfolio.Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual strategy and business planning activitiesCoordinate monthly and quarterly business reviewsTrack commitments, dependencies, risks, decisions, and escalationsPrepare executive briefings, governance materials, and leadership updatesLead selected assessments, remediation efforts, and special projectsRequirements:
Seven or more years of progressive relevant experienceBachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, or related fieldExceptional program and portfolio management capabilitiesStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skillsAdvanced executive writing, PowerPoint, and Excel capabilitiesApply strategic judgment, portfolio management, and executive communication skills to advance priorities across Manulife Retail Products.
