Sardine seeks an experienced People Business Partner to support our growing Engineering and Product teams. With over 7 years in People roles and a solid background in SaaS, you’ll help guide leaders through continuous change. Your strategic insight will ensure organizational design is optimal, talent is aligned, and teams remain effective.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Engineering and Product leaders on growth strategies - Drive organizational design to enhance team effectiveness - Identify and address talent gaps and team needs - Ensure compliance with People practices across regions - Manage end-to-end performance cycles for technical roles
Requirements: - 7+ years in People roles, 4+ as a Partner - Experience in high-growth SaaS settings - Knowledge of international employment laws - Proven success with distributed teams - Proficiency in performance management and employee relations
