Shape autonomous systems strategy at AeroVect as Staff Product Manager, guiding AGSE Service roadmaps, reliability, and safety-critical execution. Work spans airlines and airports globally.This senior product leader owns a technically complex service across autonomous driving, fleet operations, and evaluation infrastructure. You will define requirements, prioritize investments, and connect customer needs with commercial reality. The role also leads PMTs and establishes product development practices for autonomy.Key Responsibilities:

BS in computer science, engineering, or related technical field5+ years owning complex products end-to-endExperience shipping safety-critical, reliable, real-time productsEnterprise customer discovery and requirements experienceCross-functional leadership and executive communication skillsBring product leadership, technical depth, and customer fluency to AeroVect’s autonomous ground support equipment service.
