What You'll Be Doing

• Creating a welcoming, professional, and memorable first impression for every client

• Managing bookings, inquiries, and daily front desk operations

• Supporting clients throughout their treatment journey, from initial inquiry to ongoing care

• Building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience

• Recommending treatments and premium skincare products, including SkinCeuticals

• Engaging with an established client database to drive bookings, retention, and client satisfaction

• Following up with prospective and existing clients to support clinic growth

• Contributing to clinic success through both service excellence and sales performance

• Working toward individual and team goals in a supportive, results-driven environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, medical aesthetics, or clinic environments

• Confidence working toward goals and delivering exceptional client experiences

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport

• A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, and aesthetics

• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
