What You'll Be Doing
Creating a welcoming, professional, and memorable first impression for every client
Managing bookings, inquiries, and daily front desk operations
Supporting clients throughout their treatment journey, from initial inquiry to ongoing care
Building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience
Recommending treatments and premium skincare products, including SkinCeuticals
Engaging with an established client database to drive bookings, retention, and client satisfaction
Following up with prospective and existing clients to support clinic growth
Contributing to clinic success through both service excellence and sales performance
Working toward individual and team goals in a supportive, results-driven environment
What We're Looking For
Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, medical aesthetics, or clinic environments
Confidence working toward goals and delivering exceptional client experiences
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, and aesthetics
Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career within the industry
