Quel est ton rôle comme Spécialiste logiciel?

Aimes-tu travailler en équipe, résoudre des problèmes et bien supporter les clients? Ce poste saura te combler! Le spécialiste offre le soutien à distance pour aider la clientèle, autant en français qu’en anglais, dans l’utilisation notre logiciel de comptabilité et gestion de projets ( maestro*).

Une équipe dynamique d’une dizaine de personnes qui ne cesse de trouver des moyens d’améliorer les processus et d’innover. À l’interne, nous appelons l’équipe : les spécialistes logiciels.

  • De f ortes aptitudes en service à la clientèle en utilisant un système informatisé;

  • Excellentes habiletés de communication, en français et en anglais (car nous avons des clients anglophones) et être orienté vers le service à la clientèle; 

  • De l'expérience ou connaissances dans le traitement de la paie et dans le cycle comptable (un atout et pas de panique, car on vous l'apprend!)

  • Une bonne compréhension de l’industrie logicielle et de ses processus (un atout);

Quelles sont tes responsabilités?


  • Répondre aux demandes de renseignements de la clientèle et s'assurer que les appels sont traités avec rapidité;

  • Assurer une documentation uniforme et complète des requêtes;

  • Respecter les procédures, les politiques et les règles de gestion établies pour le service à la clientèle et participer, avec son directeur, pour les améliorer;

  • Se tenir au courant des fonctionnalités de maestro* utilisées par ses clients et assister aux formations requises;

  • Participer de façon proactive à l’évolution du logiciel maestro* en communiquant ses recommandations pour corriger certaines anomalies ou pour améliorer le produit.

What would I do as a Software Specialist?

Do you like working in a team, solving problems, and providing excellent support to clients? Then this position is a great fit for you! Our Software Specialist provides remote support to French and English speaking customers in the use of our “accounting and project management software, which is called “ maestro *” .

 

What about my team?

You will join dynamic colleagues who are always looking for ways to innovate and improve the way we work. In-house, we are known as “software specialists”.

  • Strong customer service skills using a computerized system;

  • Excellent communication skills, in French and in English (because we have English customers) and be customer service oriented; 

  • Experience or knowledge in accounting or payroll processing (an asset);

  • An understanding of the software industry and its process (an asset);

What would I be responsible for?


  • Responding promptly to customer requests, via phone, email or web;

  • Thoroughly documenting these requests and resolutions in our service management system (tickets)

  • Following our guidelines for customer service and engaging in a cycle of continuous improvement , with the singular goal of providing the best possible service to our customers.

  • Keeping your skills up to date via in-house training on maestro* features, in order to support our customers in their daily operations.

  • Actively participating in maestro* initiatives such as documentation (e.g. customer quick guide or procedure), feature testing and proposing software improvements.
