  • Manage Salesforce tickets and provide collections support

  • Process adjustments to customer loan accounts promptly
  • Maintain documentation of processes and tasks
Requirements:
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in financial services
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
