Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze estate and trust documentation for operational clarity
- Recommend strategic approaches for trust and estate account issues
- Prioritize timely issue escalation for effective resolution
- Strengthen relationships with business stakeholders
- Stay informed about estate and trust law advancements
- University degree or equivalent
- 3+ years in the estate and trust field or legal training
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Commitment to ongoing education in legal principles
