Roam is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to support daily financial activities. In this full-time role, you will handle customer billing, track payments, and coordinate closely with operations and customer success teams. This position offers potential for growth as Roam evolves in the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer billing tickets and process payments
- Track accounts receivable collections and outstanding balances
- Process customer ticket and toll charges accurately
- Support activations, cancellations, and contract changes
- Prepare and track damage claims and refunds
- Strong organizational skills for data management
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Experience in a start-up environment preferred
- Eagerness to learn and adapt as the company scales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
