Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Virtual Commissioning Specialist in Brampton, Ontario. This contract position supports automotive manufacturing automation projects using Siemens Process Simulate and FANUC robots. A computer and required software will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Build complete virtual work cells in Siemens Process Simulate for automotive manufacturing applications.
- Model and simulate FANUC robotic equipment and associated automation.
- Test and validate PLC-to-robot interfaces within the virtual environment.
- Identify and troubleshoot sequencing, communication, and robot simulation issues.
- Collaborate with controls and robotics teams to resolve issues before physical commissioning.
- Document test results, issues, and required changes.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience using Siemens Process Simulate for virtual commissioning in an automotive environment.
- Experience with FANUC robotic manipulators.
- Ability to independently build complete virtual work cells.
- Experience testing and troubleshooting PLC-to-robot interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
- Availability for a 6–12-month assignment in Brampton, Ontario.
