Keno Hill Maintenance Supervisor Role

Take charge as a Maintenance Supervisor at Hecla Mining in the Keno Hill mine, Yukon. Lead a skilled team in executing safe, efficient maintenance across underground and surface operations. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, your role involves overseeing the Fixed, Electrical and Instrumentation team while enforcing safety compliance and operational standards. You will be responsible for maintenance planning, project execution, troubleshooting, and team development, working closely with various departments to align systems and procedures with site needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams across the mine site
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Develop and execute site maintenance programs
• Manage job scheduling, quoting, and material orders
• Foster a strong safety and environmental culture Requirements:
• Journeyman Red Seal certification in a related trade
• Minimum 5 years in underground mining maintenance supervision
• Expertise with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Clean Driver’s Abstract and Valid Class 5 Driver’s License Embrace leadership in maintenance and elevate team performance at Hecla’s Keno Hill mine.
