Lead culinary operations at Rogers Centre in Toronto as Executive Chef, shaping menus, food quality, guest experience, and kitchen performance onsite.
Legends Global seeks an Executive Chef to provide strategic culinary leadership across all food outlet kitchens. The position oversees culinary concepts, menu planning, food production, presentation, safety, and operational excellence. You will guide teams through Sous Chefs and Lead Cooks while managing costs, inventory, vendors, and sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all food outlet kitchens
- Develop innovative menus and analyze food costs
- Manage inventory, purchasing, requisitioning, and vendor relationships
- Lead scheduling, training, development, appraisals, and payroll accountability
- Maintain sanitation, quality, and organizational standards
Requirements:
- Three to five years as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef
- High-volume hospitality industry experience
- Culinary institute degree, certification, or Red Seal Certification
- Experience improving kitchen efficiency, quality, food, and labour costs
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
