Invoice Coordinator - 6 months POST NUMBER: 305733
$22 - $24 per hourAbout the Opportunity
· Process and reconcile AP invoices and payments accurately and on time.
· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
· Support month-end/year-end close, including AP accruals and account reconciliations.
· Maintain vendor records and respond to internal/external AP inquiries.
· Prepare reports and assist with process improvements and other projects
About You
· Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance or related field.
·1–2 years of relevant experience.
· Experience with SAP is mandatory
· Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
· Excellent attention to detail, organization and communication skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay Range
$22 - $24 / hour
