About the Opportunity

· Process vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements in Oracle ERP and Concur, ensuring accurate coding, supporting documentation, approvals, and sales tax treatment.

· Prepare monthly journal entries for prepaid expenses, accruals, cash, and other assigned accounts.

· Perform account and payment reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items.

· Create, maintain, and monitor purchase orders in accordance with procurement policies and approval requirements.

· Manage the Accounts Payable mailbox and respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and purchase orders.

· Support ad hoc AP requests and identify opportunities to improve processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency.

About You

· Mid-Large ERP experience (ideally Oracle, and concur. Will train)

·3 years of full cycle A/P experience

· Strong excel (pivot tables, vlookups) (will be given a test)

· Accounting education/experience(university or college) (will be assisting with month end and ap reconciliations)

Pay Range

$27 - $29 per hour
