Join Gowling WLG as a Corporate Paralegal in their Vancouver office. This role requires eight to ten years of experience and focuses on corporate services digitization and records integrity. As part of the Business Law Corporate Services group, you will be integral to a national project, ensuring data integrity for various clients' corporate records. You'll work alongside a strong team of corporate clerks and lawyers, dedicated to delivering outstanding professional services. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough minute book reviews for various entities
- Identify and resolve corporate data issues for accuracy
- Organize documents using iManage and Athennian
- Ensure integrity of corporate materials in electronic systems
- Eight to ten years as a Corporate Law Clerk/Paralegal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iManage, and ALF
- Ability to work independently and in teams
