- Collaborate with clients to understand their digital needs
- Lead discussions and showcases for new functionalities
- Ensure client readiness for platform rollouts
- Address barriers to client adoption effectively
- Collect feedback to align roadmap with client needs
- Client-facing consulting or implementation experience
- Strong ability to clarify technical info to clients
- Comfort with digital tools and integrations
- Experience in financial services area preferred
- Bilingual skills required for Quebec clients
