Remote HR Knowledge Management Expert

Evaluate AI responses to HR-related questions
Ensure accuracy and proper sourcing of answers
Review individual user access permissions
Identify and correct outdated or inconsistent information
Analyze AI failures for insights into improvement

Requirements:

Minimum five years of HR experience
Current role in HR or People Operations at a tech company
Hands-on use of enterprise search platforms
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience managing HR knowledge content preferred
