The company’s offerings include Retail Leasing, Retail Financing, Commercial Financing for new and used vehicles, and End-of-Term vehicle disposition.Brief Role DescriptionThe Customer Operations Admin Representative is responsible for handling all inbound / outbound documentation to the Pickering Office and ensure scanning and archiving in our system of record. Manage checks daily deposits and prepare / courier VCCI cheques to vendors and customers.Reports to: Operations Support SupervisorLocation On-site (Pickering Office)Grade: IIIPossible Tasks within this RoleReceive and identify all checks (Purolator, UPS, Canada Post) to ensure correct account is associated with payment. Prepare, sort and process daily deposit. Print and courier VCCI checks. 25% 2Open, sort and scan inbound mail, including funding and Transfer of equity packages, to store a copy in our system of record. Archives documents into a folder to be sent for outside storage. 25% 3Validate signature and verify information on original documentation received for electronic contracts. 25% 4Print, prepare and courier outbound mail initiated by Customer Operations and Customer Advocacy groups. 15% 5Support Customer operations with administrative dailytasks including managing the inbox for various departmentsQualification requirementsEducationHigh school DiplomaPreferred: College diplomaExperience1 years of experience with administrative tasksPreferred: 1 to 3 years of related work experienceSkillsAbility to communicate both verbally and written (French & English)Attention to detailSalary is dependent on factors such as industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications. The salary for this role is $45,000.
