La personne titulaire du poste doit comprendre et mettre en pratique les compétences clés, conformément aux politiques et procédures définies par le Centre aquatique d’Iqaluit. Niveau minimum d’études/de formation : • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent
• Brevet Sauveteur national
• Moniteur et examinateur de la Société de sauvetage
• Moniteur en natation de la Société de sauvetage
• Moniteur et examinateur du brevet Sauveteur national
• Formateur et examinateur en secourisme de base
• Premiers soins et RCR (niveau C)

• Vérification du casier judiciaire et d’antécédents du secteur vulnérable Niveau minimum d’expérience/Qualifications : • Au moins deux ans d’expérience directement liée à une fonction de supervision.
