L'Agent de la paie veille à la précision des traitements de paie et à la communication efficace avec les employés. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec divers secteurs, tout en assurant la conformité aux réglementations. Ce rôle exige discrétion et précision, avec un fort accent sur l'intégrité des données. Key Responsibilities:
- Assurer l’intégrité des données de la paie
- Produire une paie correcte toutes les deux semaines
- Répondre aux demandes liées à la paie des employés
- Préparer les rapports fiscaux T4/T4A
- Participer aux réunions du secteur et aux perfectionnements
- Diplôme en administration des affaires ou finances
- Minimum de trois ans d'expérience en paie
- Désignation de l’Association canadienne de la paie souhaitée
- Compétences avancées en informatique
- Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
