Commercial Finance Director in Agriculture

Join RBC as a Commercial Finance Director focused on the Large Agriculture client segment. This role emphasizes client relationship management and financial analysis to drive business growth and credit solutions. You will oversee an end-to-end credit relationship, manage a portfolio of large commercial agriculture clients, and ensure exceptional client experiences through superior financial advice. Collaborating closely with client relationship managers, you will structure and deliver customized credit solutions that meet client needs while maintaining portfolio quality oversight. Key Responsibilities:
- Structure, deliver, and monitor loan transactions
- Prepare and present credit pitches to clients
- Manage the credit approval process with key stakeholders
- Develop and deepen client relationships across various RBC teams
- Maintain oversight through proactive portfolio management
- Five years in commercial lending experience
- Strong financial and credit analysis skills
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
