You'll lead the engineering organization while remaining actively involved in architecture, delivery, engineering standards, cloud strategy, DevOps, AI adoption, and software quality.
You'll partner directly with Product, Solution Architecture, IT Operations, and executive leadership to modernize and scale one of the industry's most important operational platforms.

What You'll Own
As Director of Software Engineering, you'll:
- Lead and mentor a talented team of Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and a Release Manager.
- Drive technical direction across our modern cloud-based software platform.
- Improve engineering practices, release management, software quality, and platform reliability.
- Guide architecture decisions alongside senior technical leaders.
- Lead the adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity, documentation, testing, and delivery.
- Partner with offshore development teams while maintaining ownership of engineering quality and standards.
- Build a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
