Your Future Role
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the field crop market segment, from planning through to achieving sales objectives
- Define and deploy the segment's marketing strategy
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with our key partners
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team, with a focus on talent development
- Drive the commercialization of our innovative technologies in collaboration with product teams
- Identify and seize new growth opportunities across North America
- Regular travel throughout North America – field visits, trade shows, and agricultural fairs
Required Skills
- A combination of education and significant experience in commercial strategy, ideally in the field crop agriculture market or a related field
- Strong business acumen, results-oriented with the ability to develop and close strategic deals
- Strong commercial leadership, skilled at mobilizing a sales team and translating complex strategies into clear direction
