Description

Our Client is seeking two business‑focused Project Managers to support initiatives within the Claims and Retail Sales & Service portfolios. These roles emphasize core project management and relationship skills, not heavy technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of assigned initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, governance, and outcomes are met

Establish and operate project governance, including steering forums, status reporting, and decision tracking

Collaborate with business leaders to drive execution of strategic and tactical initiatives

Manage project budgets (where applicable) and maintain financial transparency

Act as the central point of coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners

Provide clear, concise updates to upper leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies

Bring structure and clarity to initiatives that may not follow traditional “project” constructs

Project Context

Project 1 – Business‑Led Technology Enablement

Business PM support for a system enhancement or integration supporting retail advisors

Budget under $5M

Technical depth is not required; coordination, governance, and communication are key

Project 2 – Growth Strategy Execution

Oversight of growth initiatives across Home & Auto and Commercial portfolios

Focus on execution, progress tracking, and stakeholder alignment

No technical skill set required
