Senior FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner

Job Description
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, e-commerce, marketing, and operations
- Lead budgeting and rolling forecasting processes
- Provide deep analysis on sales, margins, and promotional performance (ROI, pricing, trade spend)
- Support top-line growth through sales forecasting and performance insights
- Build and enhance KPI dashboards and reporting tools
- Contribute to month-end close activities (accruals, provisions, balance sheet review)
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and financial modelling from scratch for senior leadership
- Play a key role in systems transformation
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and data quality initiatives

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering
- Background in retail, CPG, or e-commerce is an asset
- Strong exposure to sales, margin, and trade spend analysis (critical)
- Advanced Excel + strong analytical & modelling skills
- Experience with ERP / BI tools (SAP, Power BI) is a strong asset
- Comfortable operating in a evolving, and matrix organization
- Ability to translate financial data into clear, business-oriented insights
- Hands‑on and able to build analyses from scratch
- Bonus: on track for CPA
