Salesforce Support Platform Administrator

Use Salesforce case management and troubleshooting skills to support Kinaxis users across Canadian locations. Ottawa and Toronto employees work onsite at least three days weekly.

Kinaxis seeks a detail-oriented Support and Learning Platform Administrator for an eight-month full-time placement. You will handle technical and non-technical inquiries, maintain transparent user communication, and administer Kinaxis University. The role supports eligible co-ops, interns, and recent or upcoming graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track, prioritize, and document inquiries through Salesforce CRM
• Provide timely updates and follow-through to platform users
• Address issues using Salesforce case management tools
• Administer Kinaxis University as its first support line
• Collaborate on updates while minimizing user disruption

Requirements:

• Support and ticketing experience focused on problem resolution
• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM tools
• Platform administration experience, preferably with LMS tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
