We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Executive Assistant with strong technical abilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative, and project   support to our team and be responsible for managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What you will do

  • Provide strategic administrative support to the upper management team, including proactive and independent management of agendas, strategic meetings coordination, and travel planning.
  • Contribute to the continuity of strategic actions, as well as to the planning and implementation of various projects by monitoring decisions, timelines and deliverables (including meeting preparation).
  • Support planning and execution of firm initiatives, events, and special projects, including ad hoc assignments as required.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread a wide range of documents (correspondence, presentations, reports), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to KPMG branding and risk management standards.
  • Monitor and support the planning of the Managing partner’s co-chairmanship fundraising campaigns.
  • Revise and share organizational communications.
  • Ensure timely processing and approval of invoices and expense accounts.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What you bring to the role

  • 5+ years of administrative experience with strong technical abilities.
  • Project management experience, an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and follow through on projects
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders nationally in our English speaking provinces while at KPMG.
