Industrial Utilities Engineering Manager
Maple Leaf Foods Inc.
Guide industrial utilities, equipment reliability, and engineering teams as Maple Leaf Foods’ Engineering Manager in a modern poultry facility.This engineering leadership position supports steam, boilers, compressed air, refrigeration, water treatment, wastewater, electrical distribution, and HVAC systems. You will also guide facility infrastructure, preventive maintenance strategies, troubleshooting, sustainability initiatives, and long-term asset management. Knowledge of automation, controls, PLC systems, and industrial electrical systems is an asset.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as engineering subject matter expert for critical utilitiesSupport utility operation, maintenance, and optimizationAssist with complex equipment failures and corrective actionsSupport energy conservation and utility optimization projectsDevelop strategies improving reliability, safety, and cost performanceRequirements:
Ten-plus years of progressive engineering experienceExperience in food or large industrial manufacturing environmentsFive-plus years of engineering leadership experienceStrong industrial utilities and facility infrastructure knowledgeProfessional Engineer designation or eligibility preferredApply your utilities expertise, reliability focus, and engineering leadership to Maple Leaf Foods’ manufacturing operations.
