Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an enterprise-wide project methodology and governance framework
- Establish project intake processes and prioritize initiatives
- Monitor project performance with KPIs and reporting
- Oversee project execution, ensuring quality and budget adherence
- Lead a high-performing EPMO team through coaching and mentoring
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 10+ years in project management, 5+ in leadership roles
- Experience in Fintech/Financial Services is necessary
- Proficient with project management tools like Jira
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
