I’m hiring a Head of Staff to work side‑by‑side with me in Toronto.
This is not a traditional ops role. This is for someone who wants front‑row seats to building a category‑defining company from the inside.
About Zown
Zown is rebuilding the financial rails of homeownership. We turn traditional real estate commissions into upfront cash that helps first‑time buyers afford homes sooner. By owning the full transaction across real estate, mortgage, and legal, Zown automates much of the home‑buying process while bringing software‑level margins to one of the largest service‑heavy industries in the world.

I’m looking for a hungry, smart, high‑EQ future founder who wants to work directly with me on the highest‑priority parts of the business.
You’ll be involved in everything: growth, operations, hiring, fundraising, strategy, partnerships, and the messy day‑to‑day work of building something ambitious.
This role is for you if your friends would describe you as:
