Responsibilities
* Provide B2B customer service support and respond to routine inquiries with diplomacy and promptness.
* Perform order entry and maintain client records in IT systems (CRM / ERP).
* Distribute up-to-date price lists, technical specification sheets, and discount schedules.
* Finalize and closely track quotes and commercial contracts.
* Coordinate the entire order and transportation cycle between clients, suppliers, and various internal departments.
* Collaborate closely with production, logistics, accounting, and engineering teams to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
* Provide IT and administrative support to sales management.

Qualifications
* Fluent bilingualism in French and English (100% spoken and written).
* Proficiency in the MS Office suite, with particular fluency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level), Outlook, and Teams.
* Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a coordination, B2B customer service, or administrative support role in a manufacturing environment.
* Solid job stability demonstrated in professional background.
* Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities under pressure.
* Experience with an ERP or CRM system (knowledge of Epicor is an asset).
* Experience in the construction or insulation sector (a major asset).
