Public Sector Enterprise Sales Leadership Role

This leadership position focuses on overseeing a skilled team of Enterprise Named and Strategic Account Executives. You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive sales strategies, delivering insights on revenue forecasting, and nurturing existing customer relationships. Your goal is to build a successful work culture and meet the Public Sector's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor account executives to achieve sales success
• Design and implement team quotas and territory strategies
• Provide revenue forecasts and strategic reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for full customer cycle
• Build trust with customers to support long-term goals
Requirements:
• High-growth software sales leadership experience
• History of exceeding sales targets in Data, AI, or Cloud
• Expertise in coaching sales methodologies and best practices
• Strong executive networks with strategic clients
• Deep understanding of sales strategies for Public Sector
Lead with passion to enhance Databricks' impact in the Public Sector through innovative sales strategies.
