Oomple is seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to support a strategic enterprise transformation initiative with one of Canada’s leading Crown corporations.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside executive leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to help shape and implement an organization-wide change program focused on meaningful organizational transformation. You’ll play a key role in driving stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, executive engagement, and successful adoption across a complex enterprise environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you will:

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption planning.
• Partner with executive sponsors and senior leaders to support successful organizational change.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions across multiple business units.
• Develop practical change management deliverables, including:
  • Change strategies and plans
  • Stakeholder engagement plans
  • Communications and engagement materials
  • Executive presentations and briefing materials
  • Readiness assessments
  • Change reporting and governance updates
• Identify organizational risks, barriers, and dependencies, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Support leadership teams in building organizational readiness and sustaining long-term adoption.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced consultant who brings:

• 7+ years of organizational change management experience supporting complex enterprise initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience working with senior executives, sponsors, and cross-functional leadership teams.
• Strong background in:
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM)
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Change Impact Assessments
  • Organizational Readiness
  • Change Adoption
  • Executive Communications
  • Facilitation
  • Change Risk Management
• Experience leading change across multiple business units or enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong facilitation, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
• The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in any of the following areas would be considered a strong asset:

• Public sector or Crown corporations
• Financial services
• Enterprise digital transformation
• Human Resources transformation
• ERP or CRM implementations
• Corporate responsibility, sustainability, or inclusion initiatives
• Executive governance and portfolio management

Professional certifications such as Prosci , CCMP , PMP , or Agile certifications are also considered assets.
