Experience
- Prior experience in Shopping Center is preferred.
- Prior experience in office administration or property management is preferred.
- Familiarity with Yardi property management software is highly desirable.
- Strong background in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Experience in sales or customer service roles that involve negotiation and relationship management is a plus.
