Director of Finance and Administration

Shape the future of Hungry For Life International as the Director of Finance and Administration. This full-time position merges financial oversight with strategic HR leadership for effective mission-driven impact. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work closely with an executive team committed to the organization's spiritual and operational objectives, maintaining a focus on integrity and excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial standards and accounting systems
- Manage annual budgets and forecasts
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance regulations
- Develop HR strategies aligned with goals
- Supervise finance and HR teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5–7 years in financial management
- Experience with donor-restricted and fund accounting
- CPA designation preferred
- Strong knowledge of Canadian HR laws
