In this full-time role, you’ll leverage advanced analytics, automate top-of-funnel processes, and foster cross-department collaboration. Your leadership will shape how Jobber engages prospects and enhances customer journeys through innovative experimentation. Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategy and roadmap development to drive GTM success
Pilot initiatives for top-of-funnel revenue growth
Mentor junior team members in innovation and experimentation
Architect lead generation experiments using AI tools
Manage and optimize automation workflows and pipelines

Requirements:

Strong SQL knowledge and data analytics experience
Proficient with automation tools like n8n and Clay
Experience in Revenue Operations or GTM craft operations
Background in lead generation or sales roles
Expert-level skills in Salesforce and HubSpot
