Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Manager to oversee and manage our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, customer service, and market analysis.
Responsibilities - Communicate with tenants, property owners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations- Manage property leasing, viewings, rent collection, and tenant relations- Conduct market research and analysis to set competitive rental rates- Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors and service providers- Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with regulations- Handle administrative tasks related to property management
Experience - Proven experience in real estate or property management- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to negotiate effectively- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
