What You Will Do In This Role

As an Automotive Customer Service Representative you will:

• Receive inbound calls from customers inquiring about their services; will identify their specific needs and provide information on subscription services that offer the most value to them
• Upsell subscription services as they apply to customer needs and meet sales targets
• Website navigation/referring them to published materials, secondary sources. Assistance with the GPS Navigating system
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile

Your Qualifications

Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Automotive Customer Service Representative role include:

• 1+ years’ experience in a sales environment - Need to be comfortable in sales environment as there are sales targets
• 1+ years of call center experience preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and logical reasoning. Quick thinking
• Ability to speak confidently/ Good communication skills
• Technical aptitude/AI Comfortable – website navigation setting up GPS Navigating systems -able to use guiding language
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy - will be communicating in written format with customers Via emails and SMS. Grammatical errors are a flag
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
