Expected Start Date: August 26, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Parkside Special Care Home City/Town: Regina Department: LTC Nursing Unit - Main Wing Community Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: December 31, 2026 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends, Stats Number of Hours per Rotation: S hift of 8 Hours Relief: No Float: No Hours of work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: Yes Job : Reporting to the Manager of the Nursing Unit, the Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) is responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care and service is provided on the Nursing Unit. As an experienced practitioner, the Resident Care Coordinator acts in a leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, co-ordination of resident care, and support and teaching to the care team (including residents and residents' families) within a collaborative environment. The incumbent must be able to multitask and be physically able to respond quickly to emergent situations, as he/she is the immediate supervisor on the unit. The routine procedures are generally predetermined but critical thinking and independent judgment is an integral part of the position. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- Minimum of three (3) years relevant long term care nursing experience

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)

- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
