Expected Start Date: September 07, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Wascana Rehabilitation Centre City/Town: Regina Department: Home Nursing Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends, & Stats Number of Hours per Rotation: 224 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse A $38.580 to $50.070 Travel Required: Yes Job : Reporting to the Urban Primary Health Care Manager, the Registered Nurse is an integral member of the primary health care team, providing and coordinating initial, continuing and comprehensive nursing services to patients in the PHC sites. This Registered Nurse promotes quality health care outcomes working within established standards for case management practice. The Registered Nurse initiates and/or participates in community development initiatives and participates in the evaluation of Primary Health Care initiatives within the site. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- Minimum of two (2) years recent related nursing experience is required
- Experience in case management is an asset
- Experience in teaching adults, facilitation skills, and leading group activities
Education
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
- Current registration with CRNS and current BCLS certification.
Licenses
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
