- Strengthen dealer and service networks across the region
- Formulate and execute market and business strategies
- Collaborate with EXEL Industries and regional stakeholders
- Oversee business development initiatives and relationships
- 7–10 years of leadership or commercial experience
- Strong background in agriculture or machinery sectors
- Familiarity with international operations and networks
- Ability to develop strategies for market growth
- Fluent in both English and Dutch
