This role requires extensive knowledge of regional benefits practices and strong project management skills to support a diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will ensure that benefits align with the company's growth strategies. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement health and retirement programs
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations
• Manage vendor relationships and RFP processes
• Develop clear benefits communications for employees
• Monitor plan performance and recommend enhancements Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 15+ years in benefits or total rewards
• Strong knowledge of benefits practices
