Remote Change Management Consultant Canada

Elevate enterprise success as a Remote Change Management Consultant focused on procurement platforms like Coupa and SAP Ariba. Develop communications and training strategies to ensure smooth transitions across multiple projects. This role requires over 5 years of change management experience, particularly within procurement and system implementations. You'll create tailored communication materials, manage stakeholder impacts, and deliver comprehensive program reporting. This position is integral for driving readiness assessments and coordinating enterprise-wide training for successful implementation of key platforms. Key Responsibilities:
• Own communications production across multiple releases
• Develop training content for Coupa SIM and Ironclad CLM
• Execute stakeholder impact assessments with detailed analysis
• Manage global deployment coordination and planning
• Support integrated solution change management across workflows Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of change management experience
• Proven experience with enterprise platform implementations
• Ability to manage concurrent project workloads
