Senior Manager Organizational Change at Cognizant

Lead transformative change efforts with Cognizant as a Senior Consulting Manager specializing in Organizational Change Management. Embrace hybrid work with a strong presence in Toronto. Collaborating closely with executives and cross-functional teams, you will guide project managers throughout the change lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication planning
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations
- Partner with client teams to integrate change activities
- Identify and mitigate change risks and challenges
- Coach project teams through the change process
- 10-15+ years in leading OCM initiatives
- Strong experience in developing change strategies and readiness plans
- Expertise in executive stakeholder management
- Proven experience with change assessments and strategies
- Client-facing consulting experience influencing leadership
