Digital Content Manager: Website Administration and Analytics Specialist

Ontario Regional Blood Coordinating Network

Drive digital strategies as a Digital Content Manager focused on web administration and content optimization. Your expertise will elevate user engagement and improve overall site performance through effective content management. This position is a full-time contract role requiring at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and web content management. You will oversee the maintenance of web materials, analyze website traffic, and respond to user inquiries. Your involvement in social media management will be crucial for enhancing program visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate website content and design consistency
Monitor website analytics and user feedback for growth
Manage social media accounts to increase engagement
Support web audits and data collection efforts
Provide essential administrative support activities

Requirements:

Degree in Web Design, IT, Marketing, or related
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in content management
Skilled in using WordPress and analytics tools
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO principles
Strong writing and editing capabilities
