Bilingual Investment Services Representative Ottawa

Join a leading Canadian financial organization as a Bilingual Investment Services Representative in Ottawa, ON. This onsite role focuses on Mandarin/Cantonese and English communication to assist clients effectively. This 7-month contract offers strong potential for extension or permanent hire. Ideal candidates possess 2-4 years of banking or investment services experience and excel in customer support. You’ll receive extensive training while assisting clients with their investment accounts and enhancing service delivery within a collaborative contact center. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email in Mandarin/Cantonese and English
- Assist with account status, transfers, and general investment queries
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Identify opportunities for product education and referrals
- Maintain accurate client records ensuring confidentiality
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, both verbal and written
- 2–4 years of customer service experience in financial services
- High-volume contact center experience preferred
- Knowledge of investment products, including RRSPs
