Enterprise Sales Director Life Sciences
Dot Compliance
Lead enterprise SaaS growth across North America at Dot Compliance, using complex sales expertise and hands-on Account Executive leadership. Work primarily Eastern Time hours.
As Director of Sales, Enterprise, you will drive new business revenue for a Salesforce-built platform serving regulated Life Sciences organizations. You will develop strategic sales plans, expand enterprise presence, and build a predictable revenue engine. The role centers on pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own North American enterprise sales plans and new business ARR targets
- Lead, mentor, and coach Account Executives through sales execution
- Manage complex deals, executive engagement, procurement, and negotiations
- Build pipeline, monitor metrics, and improve win rates
- Forecast revenue and report opportunities, risks, and expected performance
Requirements:
- 8+ years in enterprise-focused B2B SaaS sales
- 3+ years managing or leading Account Executives
- Proven success exceeding North American or global enterprise targets
- Experience selling into Life Sciences or regulated industries
- Understanding of complex cycles, executive selling, procurement, and contracts
