Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: Monday to Friday + occasional Saturdays
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
Arrow Workforce Solutions is currently hiring an Inventory Control Lead for a leading luxury designer brand distribution operation in Mississauga. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and supporting inventory control initiatives within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage cycle count activities and inventory accuracy programs.
- Oversee inventory management processes and inventory adjustments.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and stock variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure inventory records are accurate and maintained within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Prepare inventory reports and communicate findings to management.
- Monitor inventory integrity and implement best practices to improve accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inventory control, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Experience conducting cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
