GRC Lead

Job Responsibility: Infosys is seeking a GRC Developer . This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification:

• He will provide their existing risk management framework, policies, processes and access to relevant repositories for Infosys to execute risk assessment for the in-scope application/DB/Infrastructure assets
• Current organization risk exposure, risk appetite, compliance requirements, governance structure, technical control inventory, control testing methodologies will be provided by client.
• Good experience in Tools for Risk Assessment, documentation and tracking
• He needs to align with Application Architects and SMEs during assessment phase, recommendation phase and will provide all required contents, information and reviews within specified time
• Talent will align key stakeholders on the scope, dependencies, and deliverables of the engagement
• Resources will be provided access to AS-IS documents and relevant access to in scope assets for conducting risk assessment review
• All deliverables will be made in English language only
• Stakeholders for sign-off of Risk assessment deliverables produced as part of engagement
• At Least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
• At least 3 years of experience as GRC Developer.
• Experience on GRC architecture, process, and governance development & support in requirements
• Gathering and use case development.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes; Agile Ceremonies & ALM tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
