YOUR ROLE

As a Global Air Charter & Time Critical Services Specialist, you will provide customized Air Charter and Time Critical (TCS) logistics solutions for customers across the Americas. You will work closely with customers, airlines, vendors, and CEVA's global network to ensure operational excellence, outstanding customer service, and profitable execution of urgent and complex transportation requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage Air Charter and Time Critical shipment requests from quotation through final delivery.
• Develop customized transportation solutions for urgent, specialized, and time-sensitive customer requirements.
• Support Business Development teams with pricing, quotations, customer proposals, and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate shipment execution with airlines, charter operators, carriers, suppliers, and CEVA offices globally.
• Monitor shipments proactively and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate rates, capacity, and service solutions with airlines, vendors, and logistics providers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
• Manage shipment documentation, reporting, billing, and administrative processes.
• Resolve operational issues and implement contingency plans when required.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support critical shipments outside regular business hours.
• Collaborate with the global Air Charter & TCS team to support 24/7 service coverage.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Air Freight, Freight Forwarding, Air Charter, Time Critical Services, or Logistics.
• Experience managing customer relationships and providing customer-facing support.
• Strong vendor, carrier, and airline negotiation experience.
• Knowledge of airline networks, air freight operations, and charter services.
• Commercial and operational mindset with the ability to balance customer service and profitability.
• Experience in the air freight, aviation, private jet, or charter industry is highly preferred.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Air Charter, and Time Critical transportation solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Fluent English (required)
• Fluent Spanish (asset)

TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Microsoft 365
• CargoWise experience considered an asset

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Hybrid work arrangement
• Occasional travel required
• On-call availability required
• Weekend or late-shift coverage approximately once per month
• Ability to support a 24/7 operational environment
